Please see attached in this post, a separate form for the nomination of EDI Champion for the Ulster Awards Lunch.
As this is a new award and we are conscious some people may not have been fully aware of what it is, so, Claire (EDI Officer) has put a short description together to help you with your nomination of the most appropriate person.
We will accept nominations received by Tuesday 7th January.
