History makers of Ahoghill

St.Mary's Ahoghill Camogie club have honoured no less than five All Ireland Senior county Camogie winners at their 75th Anniversary celebrations (see photos). The  5 club members who achieved Senior All Ireland success with their county are all Saffron Legends of distinction . To have 6 Senior All Ireland medals as part of the history of a small club is a great accomplishment for Ahoghill. The roll of success is as follows :

In all Antrim have made 17 appearances in the All-Ireland Senior series winning 6 including the famous 3 in a row from 1945 to 47, (details in table below), 5 appearances in the All Ireland Intermediate (senior B), WINNING 2- 1999, 2001(W), 2002, 2003(W), 2011. Antrim have made 3 appearances in the All Ireland Junior Championship winning 2- 1981, 1997(w) 2010(w)
